Im always in the habit of asking them to show me proof that the units have been sold. They can easily show u the booking forms and cover the names of the purchasers if they are indeed telling the truth.
I agreed with that.. i have planned to buy a house early this year and the agents keep manipulating the prices for the house. Even last month i want to buy a house, but put on hold as my company retrenching 70 people.. Tak tahu bila akan kena.
Economy good mah.. thats why my employer retrencing people.. some more in oil and gas industry.
