I-Zen mont kiara.. who knows anything about this condo? they say can get like 3k rental cuase fully furnish..

Good move, I expect properties to stabilize or drop before November 2011.
-- if drop also the high end eg rm1.5million or more

if the rm500k below, dont think anyone is rushing to sell, installment is not that high, based on blr-2.2%

what do you think of the current prices of average new launch now? @ RM500~RM600psf range. Is it peak or near peak already?

my opinion is peak already. unless is klcc or mont kiara.
i wont go new launch. subsales more value above rm400 high liao

Ppl are actually trying to sell off the units there because the new LRT is coming right in between the Empire shopping centre and the residence. Its crossing at level 5 or 6 and will practically destroy the value of all the units facing the proposed LRT.

i thought was the condo next to empire subang that would be affect. not empire subang. got protest in the papers

I've read about this young saleswoman earning RM3500 who manages to get buy a RM487,000 property by taking 40 years tenure for her loan. Monthly installment is RM1,860. She bought from developer, who will bear interest during construction.

this is why all the property prices getting so expensive.
cause these kind of people buying. push up old condo prices..

please blame the property seminar gurus eg Milan Doshi, Azizi Ali etc etc for the property current hike.
they claim interest rate low, buy buy buy for rental income
or else later miss appreciation.

yes agree, all going landed. far away also sapu. eg kemuning utama and setia alam( which i consider is klang)

that is why best to buy property that is around RM 150K to RM 350K now.. esp those near to SG Buloh area... -- this is a good advise
