than i took the package of Bank B on balance transfer 0% for 12 months,  but condition is everymonth they will charge me RM1,000 for the balance transfer.

Will CCRIS show i owe total RM12,000, or RM1,000 for current month instead?

because bank b already paid to bank a for the balance transfer.
so you no longer owing bank a the rm12k.

since it is distributed to 12 months, so it will only show rm1k for current month (under bank b cc).
however, it also shows that you have utilised rm12k towards your credit limit in bank b cc.

if you pay all outstanding on time, it will not affect your loan application. however, your application may be rejected if you already have too much loan including cc under your name, and your current salary is not enough to cover the new loan application amount.
