Got some question on CCRIS/CTOS.

For example, I have a CC with 8k credit limit. Then I go apply for another bank CC, but I state there that my current CC has 12k limit (so that bank can approved me a higher limit).

Is this possible or that other bank can actually check how much this CC limit has through any means maybe CCRIS/CTOS/Bank Negara?

My own company, got returned a cheque which wasn't suppose to happen.
I have sufficient balance before I issue the cheque, then it got returned.
Once I check with the bank, they said balance have but because of the remaining cheque deposit were delayed, so the balance that I checked on that day did not reflect the actual balance.

The main thing is, will it affect my personal credit or just the company? The company is formed under SDN BHD.
