My wallet used to be snatched and the theft used my credit card to do some transaction. I reported it to financial bureau and the case went to court before the financial bureau made an decision on this case. After that, financial bureau did approve my case and the amount shall not be paid by me.

However, the process is taken abit too long and my name was blacklisted in CTOS. Does anyone know if there is any possibility that my name can be withdrawn from their system?
