Sifu, I wanna ask, my CTOS score has always been good, 700 and above. But recently there’s one stupid CC mistake and charges me late payment fees and etc because they thought I didn’t pay my CC bills. Turned out that it’s their system didn’t refresh and didn’t capture my payment. Of course they waived all my payment fees after I called them and asked them to check, then they realised that I have already paid even before the due date.

But under my CTOS score, it’s already flagged as late payment, and I’m instantly down to LOW score. This doesn’t make sense when it’s not even my mistake! I might be considering getting a HP soon I’m afraid that this shit will actually affect the rates that I get later.
