I notice there is some experts in this forum about CTOS and CCRIS. I am wondering if anyone of you can give me advice? I've made many financial mistakes and is now paying for it. But, by paying so many banks every month, I am slowly and definitely drowning.

I'm hoping someone in here can advise me on several matters:

1. I know for sure my name is listed in CCRIS already (i have outstanding with EON Bank - now known as Hong Leong Bank). I want to settle it but I don't know how.

2. I am looking for the best solution to consolidate all my credit card debts into 1 account so I can concentrate paying 1 interest to 1 account instead of paying multiple interest (which is killing me) to multiple banks.

3. I've tried applying for personal loan but was rejected. I don't know what to do anymore.

I hope someone in here will be able to advice me or even help me to achieve my consolidation goal?

Thanks.

1. Everyone has a CCRIS record, however late repayment for consecutive 2 months would be a red flag

2. No banks will lend you when you have a bad CCRIS record

3. what are your debts ? Credit cards ? personal loans ?

Don't go to AKPK debt enrolment program, they may be able to solve your problem temporary but you will be blacklisted in the future from any bank loans. Are you hitting the maximum interest for credit card ? you can contact the credit card bank officer. Renegotiate your credit card and convert it into term loan, explain to them your situation maybe threaten them with AKPK a little. Buy you some time and improve your financial situation. it's called debt restructuring. If you manage to renegotiate your terms, then it's up to your financial prudence. Else you'll get yourself into more debts. Good luck
