Yes better go and see them. Arrange for a special affordable monthly repayment. At least they can remove you from ccris npl record. QUOTE(Homomensura @ May 8 2014, 11:41 AM) i was rejected when apply for rhb credit card, then i go to ctos for checking, ctos show that i do not have any case. then i go to check ccris, ccris only show one item in special attention account. that is a loan i get in a scheme for graduate from government thru agrobank. i think i supposed to start paying in 2010, but then i move house and did not receive any letter. now wat should i do? go to the bank to “serah diri” and start paying monthly? or settle it when i have the money? i think the interest rate tat time should be 2.75%. |

QUOTE(nujikabane @ Jul 16 2014, 01:02 AM) Is CTOS records used by the financial institutions That is the problem. The bank some times don't care. The just pay ctos for the info to do risk assessment. If there is a black list they will avoid.in their consideration to give loans? Correct me if I am wrong, but ain't CCRIS what they are looking at? To check for good/bad paymaster. And to check whether the person taking the loan have the means to pay, the FI will be looking at the payslip, right? So is CTOS even needed? And AFAIK, CTOS record is kept by a private company, an institution that is not regulated by BNM, and are not required by law to keep their records updated. Whereas CCRIS is overseen by BNM. Care to elaborate ? |
