hi, anyone knows how to chk the status if in CCRIS/CTOS report show im a guarantor.

i got my report that says im a guarantor for x amount, but i dont have any idea when i became . i called both ctos n ccris, they both cannot tell me its from where.
thanks if anyone can give advice.
