Im having an urgent issue here.
I just received a call this morning from Maybank, they want to issue a summon for if i couldnt clear it within later in the day.
My CC still have 4.8k outstanding, they already sent it to lawyer, if i couldnt paid i will receive a lawyer letter and i need to paid extra 3500 + 4800 = 8500.
I already contact person in charge with my case and they said no discussion at all, just paid the outstanding within today or receive lawyer letter.

Please sent me advise or any consultant can help me in my case.
Your help will be highly appreciated.

But is the lawyer company appointed by Maybank, what if that's is real ?
they will sent the summon letter to office summore..
I agreed this amount is small compare with others, i couldnt take the risk that it's real..because this summon is will be sudd double up my outstanding..

But right now they cannot given me any time line.
I had to settle it by today otherwise i will kena the summon which cost me RM3500. No tolerate or discussion at all..
At least i need to wait until 1st of August only i able to settle it..
And this thing has alerted my HR..

Already do so..but the so call highest ranking person in charge was acting kinda rude, no tolerance given at all. Just ask me follow whatever procedure, pay by today or get your summon. No tolerance at all !!

I might get some advise on AKPK, but problem is after today, i will be receiving the lawyer letter, will AKPK still able to help on this ?
Because they said i need to settle it at Court already.

i read some comment from other user online, is it true that after applied AKPK, u will getting very hard to apply any loan in future even you finish settled everything?
