QUOTE(cedyy @ Sep 17 2013, 05:51 PM) it's from my own experience. my latest housing loan application early this year got rejected by Std Chartered, Alliance bank but HLB accepted. I'm currently not a customer of Std Chartered or Alliance bank. I've been HLB customer since 1996 from credit card, car loan, and two housing loans. i've housing loan with Citibank and Ambank also and initially i intended to apply through Citibank due to their full flexi loan. Citibank initially told me can approve but later told me they don't finance SOHO or office properties. So i had to go running around and apply other banks including HLB. Citibank seems very conservative, is it correct? |

QUOTE(Sharv The Great @ Oct 14 2013, 03:34 PM) Is it possible that last year we checked, the ccris showed 2 special attention account...then we payed but not consistent..but this year re-print...it doesnt show up anywhere...but im sure the is outstanding balance left..consulted the bank negara and he said it is clear..but im very sure still outstanding more...happen to anybody...or bank forgot to update..safe to apply loan? What do you mean by payed but not consistent? If you mean still have late payment lately, yes, then your CCRIS still show something. |

QUOTE(hickups @ Jan 4 2014, 05:12 PM) just had an issue with CIMB Bank Bank was tightening and CIMB have high NPL, so they picky on prompt customer, I believe they will re-consider your application next timei had lapse monthly payment few years ago with cimb but managed to clear the loan to 0 lapse and full settlement/account closed and received the settlement letter from bank on march 2011. early this year i bought a house and got loan from hong leong bank with no problem.. last month i book another property and tried applying loan from cimb and some other banks..just received call from agent that cimb rejected my loan because i got record with them.. meaning im totally blacklisted from CIMB like forever?? i have only 1 loan that is from hong leong bank. and my ccris is clear does bank do this?? |
