Want to get some info from everyone here, i have a car loan with PBB which i pay late by few days due to salary payday for past 7 years. As i want to get a new car, it appear my CCRIS is at 3 while trying to apply new loan

After call to CS it mention of the late payment and have 2 times which i didnt pay back in the days (which i do not remember as it been 4 years back). I am furious because PBB never send any letter or call on this arrears which i totally not aware of & i been paying on monthly basis continuously, should i know i would been settle the outstanding

My question is there a way for me to go to PBB office and complaint on this and to have the CCRIS reflect back? i still remember last time when i do make a call to them and check if there is any outstanding balance and the answer is no but in reality its not.
