Hi, I wanna ask you a question regarding car loan application. My mom was having bad credit history for sometime long ago(all is credit card and a personal loan), but in the past three months, she with my dads help has cleared all her debts and currently she have no an commitments at all and a car under her name which is fully paid. She has got all the release letters from the banks which she was blacklisted. So my question is will she be able to apply a new car loan as a guarantor under my name?. I am a degree student with no salary. Thanks in advance

hey all sifus..just another question..is it possible to apply a credit card if the person cleared all their debts(previously blacklisted) and have not been applying for any credits nor any commitments for the past 6 months since release letter all received..if yes,which bank is easier to apply for Credit card..thanks in advance.

just to update with you guys,my mum just cleared out all her debts(previously blacklisted) this year around April and May..so roughly around 6-7 months..she applied for a car loan for a 11 year old car from Public Bank for 3 years with average d/payment, and it was approved just in 1 day...friday applied,monday afternoon approved..it was quite surprising as credit card application was rejected just a week ago..so i guess those who was previously blacklisted and cleared of the debts,there is still chances to get loan after 1/2 year...cheers

maybe luck played its role..and UOB credit card also was approved and received....maybe because my mom payed all the debts at once and maybe her salary was relatively high compared to few years ago.

Is it possible that last year we checked, the ccris showed 2 special attention account...then we payed but not consistent..but this year re-print...it doesnt show up anywhere...but im sure the is outstanding balance left..consulted the bank negara and he said it is clear..but im very sure still outstanding more...happen to anybody...or bank forgot to update..safe to apply loan?

Erm..actually the debt was under special attention section...then we called the bank and asked them how much to pay. And we agreed to an easy payment plan. So we payed monthly but not every month..and sometimes 2 months late and i am pretty sure that we have not payed the full amount yet. And there is another debt also under the special attention which we did not pay anything. But the other when we print the statement...both of the debt dissapeared from the special attention section and did not appear even under the normal record section..is this possible or bank forgot to update?

lol...this is a special case....i said we checked the CCRIS and it doesnt show anything but we still have the debt
