Having a situation now..

Im taking car loan from cimb and i have missed 1 month payment. Will my credit scoring /CCRIS affected?

Noted: Got 1 month advance payment before this..

How to clear off legal action (due to car loan) on ccris report?

The car loan is still on going..

And how long is the cooling period?
