Hi everyone, I got a question here regarding about CTOS. I wanted to purchase a house with the help from some sort of agent that charges me a fee for 5k to settle all nicely. The house loan approved but it comes with pledging 30k fd to bank.

The agent is asking me to pay him 5k fee as I did, eventhough i did not sign any form with the agent. He also required to resolve the issue from bank require of pledging fd as i paid him 5k fee to solve all.

Now the agent took my wife's details name and require her to go thumb print to proceed for personal loan. After success for the personal loan then the agent is asking for another 5k fee which sounds kinda ridiculous as he did not mentioned earlier the amount charges for that.

Right now that agent shown me an issue letter from his company to proceed legal suit and submit trade reference on my wife's name to CTOS even we did not get inform for that amount. Would like to know is it possible to lodge a police report on the agent and submit to CTOS for dispute on this issue? Thank you everyone.
