Hello,

Seek some advise from you guys.
I'm a first time home buyer that currently applying the loan. But, I'm facing several issues.

1. My banks says my details was not captured in CCRIS. They can't process my loan.
2. Called Bank Negara, they said first time loan user will not have their details captured. Shall respective banks act on behalf.

What should I do further to clarify my standing as the deadline to resolve my loan is around the corner. Thanks!
