i was rejected when apply for rhb credit card, then i go to ctos for checking, ctos show that i do not have any case.

then i go to check ccris, ccris only show one item in special attention account. that is a loan i get in a scheme for graduate from government thru agrobank. i think i supposed to start paying in 2010, but then i move house and did not receive any letter.

now wat should i do? go to the bank to “serah diri” and start paying monthly? or settle it when i have the money? i think the interest rate tat time should be 2.75%.

Yes better go and see them. Arrange for a special affordable monthly repayment. At least they can remove you from ccris npl record.

thanks. one more question, if i start the repayment, wat will appear on my ccris? still in special attention account or in normal 12 month payment column or both?

from my experience, in special attention column, its either your loan under legal proceeding or been charged-off. your loan could be at their credit recovery center.

u should discuss if there are any chances for restructuring/rescheduling, or nego settlement.

normally at 6 months in arrears bank would proceed 'notice of demand', meaning they recalled your loan and u need to make full settlement.

that means not 100% can reschedule? i need at least two year to settle the loan.

i have some money in hand making some profit (8%pa) , the total amount not more than 20% of the loan amount. so i am not able to make settlement. wat should i do now? negotiation or wait until 2016 to make settlement?

what is charged-off by the way?

u can ask for rescheduling..and i suggest u do..

charged-off means your loan been settled internally by the bank..but u still need to pay if u still thinking on getting loan elsewhere

1) House loan ?
2) Credit card ?
