QUOTE(JScomp @ Jul 22 2013, 10:43 AM) Anyone here can advise how long the CCRI or CTOS will clean from system for someone who have under AKPK DMP before he/she apply for new Housing loan, Credit Card or etc? Anyone successful apply new loan/cc after exit from AKPK DMP? Please share. Thanks CCRIS and CTOS records are only available for last two years. But for serious cases like bankcruptcy....hmmmm...not sure....

QUOTE(Titanic @ Aug 19 2013, 10:26 PM) Hi, CTOS has this online system whereby we can register ourselves to check our status. Is it a good practice to register and check to make sure our records are updated or just leave it till it requires ? Kindly advice. Thanks It is good practice to register and check your records routinely to make sure it is updated AND correct. People could have stolen your IC or bank account numbers and used them illegally without your knowledge. Such transactions will appear on CTOS (eventhough it is not your fault) and it is your responsibility to contact CTOS to clear them. Better to find out now than when you are desperately in need of bank loans.

QUOTE(dnts1976 @ Sep 6 2013, 10:17 AM) Hi, I hv a question I had a company b4 and was closed for almost 2 years There is a supplier, Before I close the company, their salesman come to ask for payment, I request him to provide me the invoices that I don't receive, then he never come back. Now, after my company was closed, bank account closed, my partner is no longer in Malaysia, then only this supplier want me to pay the balance & says want to log report into ctos I did tell the salesman, I don't mind to pay according to my % of share in my company, he says will tell his boss, but after that no reply & never come back to me again Can this supplier do so? What is the procedure ? Pls advice TQVM If you are asking me if your supplier can make CTOS to blacklist you, highly unlikely. Unless they have taken legal proceedings and obtained court summons against you. Then, yes the summons will appear on your CTOS records. If it is not a SDN BHD and you are a director, it doesn't matter what is your stake in the company. You will most likely be named in the summons. With that being said, you should pay up if you legitimately owed the money.

QUOTE(NickTheReaL @ Oct 11 2013, 09:26 PM) hi, i have an education loan defaulted for 9 months amounted to 5000 . now i m being summon by the magistrate court.recently i just get a job n started paying back . what will happen to me if i dont appear??? is this serious??? can i just pay them back little by little by the time being??? anybody knows whats the procedure for this kind of things??? pls shed some light on my situaion To pay little by little, you need to contact your creditor and work out a deal with them. At the same time, talk to them if their lawyers can cancel the summons before the court date. Usually there is a dateline on the summons when you must respond. Try to do all of these by that dateline. If you can't settle with them to remove the summons, then you have to appear. Not appearing is contempt of court. Can lead to you paying even more, confiscation of your assets and worst, arrest warrant depends on how the judge views your case.

QUOTE(Genichi @ Feb 19 2014, 07:17 AM) Hi guys, If my client refuse to pay me for the goods and services, can I report to ccris? Any charges from ccris? Can I make them pay? Thanks Gen It will appear on CTOS only after court summons are issued to your client. If you want to do this, then you first need to hire lawyer to go thru the legal process until court summons.

QUOTE(Arcanum @ Jul 7 2014, 11:36 AM) Thank you - I went to Bank Negara and check my CCRIS records and it was clear At most I've been 3 days late (because I forget) so not a big problem. But I will pay on time moving forward! Hello Arcanum, can you further clarify what do you mean by "clear" in your CCRIS report? Does that mean your record shows only "0"? I ask coz I also have the same payment habit like you i.e. few days late sometimes....

QUOTE(Kayzz @ Sep 26 2014, 11:05 AM) I dont know. Because i was trying to apply personal and got rejected because of ccris. And i had only one car loan so i called proton and they said its their technical problem for my three month payment record. So what should i do ? Still don't understand what you mean...you paid Proton but Proton did not register the payment in their systems, and therefore in CCRIS come out as non-payment for three months? If that's the case, you can first call CCRIS to explain the matter and see if they can reverse it. If they can, most likely you need Proton to write you a letter as back-up admitting their mistake for not reporting correctly. However, very likely, CCRIS will not reverse it nor will Proton write you such letter.
