Wondering, does the credit score take charge-card into account?
Or it only works for credit-card?
And of course, debit-card is untouchable.

Correctly me if I am wrong, but there are not much information about charge card. hmm.gif

Charge cards as in AMEX? Yes, it is taken into account

Finally, registered eccris.. Surprisingly, a lot of people using the kiosk at bnm..

They need to get the eCCRIS log-in details, maybe? Or the sheer distrust to doing things online, that they prefer the kiosk?

Just checked my CTOS records, and seems that it's still showing the last time I purchased the record (which was in 2016!). question would be.... when banks extracts a copy of my CTOS records, would they get the latest info available, or the outdated record i last purchased in 2016?

I was about to ask the same question too.
Waste my rm26. How to get they update to the latest data?
*
we both meant to know, as far as banks are concerned, do they take the latest CTOS records available (i.e. current month) or the last available, like the 1 we see (in my case, updated in 2016)

You can have both.

I have RAMCI, something similar to CTOS. But I find it not much usage.

I subscribed it cheap during 50% offer for 3 years. But I decided to stop subscribing after 3 years.

Records-wise, do both RAMCI/ CTOS carry the same details?

technically No - banks will always check CCRIS and it will show under AKPK ...

and if you are under AKPK, you aren't suppose to take another loan or CC - it defeats the purpose in the first place

But car loans are collateral loans ie less risk?

When is the best time to get the most updated details? 16th onwards should be best right, because banks would have given the details to CTOS by 15th?

I suppose FI would refer to the most updated CTOS details. But here's to confirm that my understanding is correct. Bought the CTOS report waaaaay back in 2011, in which my score is low. Surely they are not refering to this outdated report anymore, right? Like they will see the Feb'23 records instead, surely?

I know this post is dumb, but paranoia got the best of me!

My Hire Purchase ends last month. How would this be reflected in the CCRIS? Does it get removed from the CCRIS this month onwards, or will I still see 0 for the following months?
