 CCRIS, CTOS, Blacklisted by Bank, Whats The different.

How do I dispute the CCRIS records? I have been cleared off AKPK since last month, but the record in CCRIS is still showing AKPK..

How do I dispute the CTOS records? Says that my Credit Limit for the card I owned is much lower than what the bank provide me now.

Higher Permanent Credit Limit granted by my bank is thru phone call, so there is no paper records
