mac and sony u have to compare the OS~ sony cheapest is rm2788 15.4" screen 1.66 C2D 1GB ram ~ design not bad but too big~
Mac is 13" different thing~ different OS, u need extra software to run the programs~`eg. Mac Office~ and so on....

Your Sony is a 14 incher weighing 2.5kg whereas MacBook is 13.3 with a weight of 2.3kg.
Sony's LCD, given the relatively "behemoth" 14" size, has a native rez of only 1280x800, whereas MacBook is a eye-squinting 1440x900.
And that's not all. Both come with the same lame old Intel integrated graphics. If you can get over the Sony/Apple brand name, then you can look for a much sensible, cheaper, elegant and lighter alternative. Take a look at Compaq B1286TU. It's basically the same deal as MacBook, but with a lot more bang for the buck.

Bro, CR23 can be consider old model as in CR35 is the replacement model for it. CR23 stock in the market would be those old stocks that left over after CR35 had launched this year. Well, if you have the budjet, why not aiming for the latest one =)
Vaio running on window os, Mac running on its own mac software, totally dif things, how to compare xD
