But even when he's playing, i don't see the normal intensity in him.. Really disappointing. I thought he would have the 3rd set.. Then choked again.

I think Wozniacki is quite cute too. =) But she will have to face Jankovic now... Tough test for her. But i do see alot of potential from this very young player. =)
Federer will also have to face Stepanek. Won't be easy as well. |

![]() Wozniacki. You will see her against Jelena Jankovic today. She lost to Jankovic in 3 sets in Wimbledon. Yeah, i want to get rid of the flag as well. Monfils thrashed Nalbandian in 3 sets.. Nice. Anyway, we have Dementieva vs Li Na also. |

Today's Schedule
QUOTE Arthur Ashe Stadium - Start time 11PM Caroline Wozniacki (21), Denmark, vs. Jelena Jankovic (2), Serbia Radek Stepanek (28), Czech Republic, vs. Roger Federer (2), Switzerland Andy Roddick (8), United States, vs. Andreas Seppi (31), Italy Night Session - Start time 7AM Elena Dementieva (5), Russia, vs. Li Na, China Marin Cilic (30), Croatia, vs. Novak Djokovic (3), Serbia Louis Armstrong Stadium - Start time 11PM Nikolay Davydenko (5), Russia, vs. Dmitry Tursunov (26), Russia Sybille Bammer (29), Austria, vs. Marion Bartoli (12), France Tommy Robredo (15), Spain, vs. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (19), France Jarkko Nieminen, Finland, vs. Fernando Gonzalez (11), Chile Grandstand - Start time 11PM Nicolas Almagro (18), Spain, vs. Gilles Muller, Luxembourg Fernando Verdasco (13), Spain, vs. Igor Andreev (23), Russia Patty Schnyder (15), Switzerland, vs. Katarina Srebotnik (28), Slovenia Very interesting schedule for today. First again Jankovic vs Wozniacki, this is like the 3rd time she will play the first match in Ashe.. and last two matches have been tough for her. Then followed by Federer vs Stepanek. Stepanek beat Federer in Rome Masters in May, very dangerous player. Federer will have to improve from his last match to beat him. Then we also have Dementieva vs Li Na. ![]() Blake lost. What a frustrating match. |

He will play after this Wozniacki vs Jankovic match.
Seems like Jankovic is in trouble again, as usual. |

Really suprised actually Wozniacki serve is really not bad Can crank up till 110mph Just that sometimes she will laid back a bit give chance to jankovic to dicdacte the match |

great for federer. masterclass display to seal of the match, 6-3 6-3 6-2.
his passing shots were first class. if he continues to play like this, he has a big chance of winning this tournament. |

QUOTE(Bepeon @ Sep 1 2008, 12:04 AM) He will play after this Wozniacki vs Jankovic match. Yeah but Jelena came back in the 2nd set and she looks like she's getting better with every match. Seems like Jankovic is in trouble again, as usual. P.S Roger's through to next round after beating Radek Stepanek in straight sets. This post has been edited by Nostalgia: Sep 1 2008, 03:26 AM |

Very impressive performance by Federer. The backhand is totally smoking yesterday. I think Stepanek was surprised by how well Federer return the ball yesterday. Very good.

Its good to see federer back on form
Hopefully he can beat get through 4th round then probably he will beat davydenko there. I see Federer most probaby has the hardest route to the finals. Davydenko, Djokovic and Nadal |

Lolz, would like to watch more Federer.. but the coverage kept on switching to Muller vs Almargo.... =.=
Are you sure that Djokovic will be through to semi? o.O Roddick has been playing quite well also. ![]() Very nice match between Cilic and Djokovic. I think Cilic has a great potential also, just like Nishikori, Del Potro and Gulbis. They are all very young. Tsonga lost to Robredo in straight sets.. Thats disappointing. |
