Hey guys, i m new member from australia, just wan to say hi to everybody!

I am going back malaysia soon and i got a wii which is in australia format (PAL), wat i worry about is whether the wii australia can be supported in malaysia tv system? If it is not i have the make a tradeoff ASAP

Besides, i wish to ask that wat version of console that normally malaysian buying? and how about the games? issit in US version or Japan or in Pirated ? Can i modify my PAL wii to play all the different game in malaysia? i m kind of bored wif australia that only selling UK games, expensive, not fun and modification is very hard to make here... (they said is illegal, wth?)

Malaysia is selling most NTSC/US games, which mean your PAL will not run either NTSC/US nor NTSC/JP

and Wii PAL should be working fine with Msia TV, I brought my Wii US to my sis resident which is in AUS and it works fine with different region TV.

hmm modchip itself should be legal in aussie afaik.
PAL Wii are compatible with TV in Malaysia as Malaysia are under PAL region as well
