Well, i think you can always buy another antenna and test the reception. Previously when i was on kancil, i'm facing the same problems as well, so i recon its the kancil antenna problem.

Why wanna take original when the one u are using is not performing

Well, it might be the wiring problem as well. You might wanna ask them to have a look at that before anything. I don't think will be expensive..me recon around rm50 for a fairly good one, max oso 100.
