Anyone I left out??? I'm sorry cause I tried to search for the last thread but then can't find it.
When you reply with updates of the items that you want to bring or if you're attending; please copy from the start - end of the markers so that no information is left out when the next person updates. As for the programme itinerary updates, I'll post them on this post so that we don't have too many long posts.
Tentative Itinerary
9:00 - 9:30 am - Gathering @ Ueno Park
9:30 am ~ 12 noon - LYN Hanami Party 2009! @ Ueno Park (minum, makan, chat, stroll around the park or simply enjoy the view)
~12 noon onwards *** SUGGESTION ONLY FOR NOW ***
Pack and proceed to the East Garden at the Imperial Palace (Tokyo sta). If the weather is good that day, it should be very nice to take a stroll around the garden and see the Imperial Palace grounds. Admission is free and it's open to public. After that, we can proceed to Akihabara for some nice and cheap Tenya tempura dinner before calling it a day.
This is just my suggestion but if you guys have already been to the East Garden and have other plans to suggest, please feel free to discuss it here.
Things to note
- You're more than welcome to invite others to this gathering but please update the list above so that we know how many people is coming.
- Take note that it'll still be quite cold end of March (approx 15-5 'C) so do wear enough clothes if you cannot 'tahan' the cold.
- IF you need my contact number (just in case), send me a PM.
- If you can make it earlier to the park, let me know... I'll need help with the reservations of the picnic spots (I'm thinking of going there at around 6-7am).
- IF "suey suey" that day raining... then this plan will be abandoned and we'll proceed with Plan B (no idea)?
Anything I left out?
