So far as I know in Harajuku, that was unlucky for zoakies to see them in person BUT we manage to follow few of them to the (forgot the stadium name) the big gathering of them hahaha! thumbup.gif
*
Is it Yoyogi National Stadium? (the one somewhere near Harajuku, Yoyogi Park & that free-hug bridge?)
That is the only place in mind that I can think of nearest to Harajuku.

I was actually thinking Tokyo Dome, but that is waaaay too far laugh.gif

Electric bike recharges itself as it goes

user posted image

Sanyo Corp will introduce a new battery-assisted bicycle featuring its rechargeable battery technology “eneloop.” The new electric bicycle is the first to conform to Japan’s revised road traffic laws that became effective in December and allow electric bicycles to have electric assist power twice as large as that generated by human power.

The bicycle can generate electricity while braking and running downhill and charge the battery while on the go. The auxiliary charging decreases the number of times the battery needs to be topped off with a dedicated charger.

Reading with small, sleepy eyes now -- at first I thought the electric bike with this auto-rechargeable battery means that we don't need to pedal the bike; it'll move by itself laugh.gif

Japan Club ~!! I'm still saving up money to go to Tokyo for a super holiday. Usually around when there's a lot of celebrations ? Like Bon Odori , Cosplay , Game Show , Car show or anything interesting ? Please do tell me if you know about it as it will give me a lot of ease when buying my ticket. A Japan trip is not considered as a Japan trip if there's no festivals !!

In case of raining, what is the backup plan?

6 more days to go, fellas biggrin.gif

A friendly advice is that don't forget your passport & money nod.gif
(and while you are in the airplane or off at a transit, don't forget your boarding pass).

As for the gathering -- remember to bring your camera for the group photo laugh.gif
