-Could you give the complete model name? That "Vodafone GT 3G Quad PCMCIA HSPDA Card" is only re-branding by Vodafone. Anyway, you could try download & install Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC). -Even if you don't want to use the (bloated) software, the drivers for common Vodafone devices are included in the package. After installing, you could bypass the VMC by going to "Network Connections", copy and paste "Vodafone Mobile Connect" dial-up connection (and rename the new duplicate to something else; e.g. "Celcom Broadband"), right-click the connection and select "Properties", and tick "Show icon in notification area when connected". To customize further, go to "Options" tab, tick "Display progress while connecting" and "Redial if line is dropped". Change "Time between redial attempts" to 10 seconds (or your preference), and "Idle time before hanging up" to Never (if your Data Plan is NOT charged by online time/connection duration). Regards. -It seems that your card made by Option - it's full name is Option GlobeTrotter 3G QUAD. You may download relevant software here. As I said before, you should try Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) first. Regards.

-Hmm, maybe because that your serial & IMEI had been assigned to Vodafone (read their warning on that page). Again, please download Vodafone Mobile Connect, install it, run it, and tell us the result. I sure VMC can detect & install your Datacard... Regards.
