The reason why this Virtua Stick is highly priced is because of the weight and the size. The mailing cost is high. I think this Virtua Stick won't break down for some time. My first one for Saturn lasted me years. It's easy to fix them when you have a soldering pen.

Yea, yours is much better than the one I saw, obviously you pay for what you get.
I still remember I bought a chapalang arcade joystick for my PS1, which cost only RM20. But after 3 months of using to play fighting games, the stick died, but the buttons are still working. |

You can try plugging it to PC with it. Virtua Stick doesn't officially supports PC connection but it still works.

The shop that sells accessories(I forgot the name) next to C-Zone Sdn Bhd at Low Yat Plaza used to sell Rockfire PSX/USB Bridge. I bought it from there a long time ago. You can try asking them.

Rockfire PS2 to USB converter is really good because there is no delay in response. I have fren who bought other model converter and there is a delay while playing PES2008. I bought it from ALL IT long time ago.
If cannot find a good converter better buy a logitech gamepad which is USB interface so confirm no delay issue. Btw no news on arcade stick yet so hard to find a good one for PC. I might really end up buying PS2 arcade stick and use with the rockfire converter and pray it wont have any delay. Anyone have contact for any gameshop that sell a lot of PS2 arcade stick ? Edit: Those who cannot find converter can try http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-14-71-6m-49-en.html is free shipping for below weight and cost http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-00-3-freeshipping-49-en.html This post has been edited by chitchat: Aug 6 2008, 01:10 PM |

Does anyone have this joystick ? http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-dd-49-en-70-26p2.html
Any opinions/comments on it would be appreciated, I think it might be the only one or few thats available from playasia and compatible with the xbox360. I've just ordered Street Fighter Anniversary Collection for the Xbox, and that will keep me occupied till SFIV is out, apart from playing SFA3 as well on the emu. |

WTF, you can buy arcade stick for RM 20? Tell me where, I'll stock up several of those in case it broke. I'm willing to spend up to around RM 100 for a stick.

QUOTE(TristanX @ Jul 20 2008, 11:25 PM) Got this joystick for RM300 yesterday and it works great. It weighs around 2.8kg and it supports both PC(don't need drivers) and PS3 using USB port. Hey, man. How long did you have to wait for this when you placed an order? Any feedback or idea how Street Fighter plays on this arcade stick? Thanks for your feedback! Appreciate it![attachmentid=534744][attachmentid=534746] [attachmentid=534748] Sorry about the quality. I used camera phone. hehehe Cheers. |

I didn't wait for it cause it was available the day I bought it. Check with Games Hypermart at Sungei Wang Plaza 6th Floor.

I'll go check it out later tonite. Btw, any idea how the one you have compares to the Hori Real Arcade Pro? Apparently the Hori has a lifetime guarantee. Not sure what they mean by 'lifetime guarantee' though. Don't think they'll just keep replacing parts for you when it's broken, rite?? |

You don't need lifetime guarantee for the switches on Virtua Stick. It is replaceable if something goes wrong and you have a soldering pen. Just buy the parts from Jalan Pasar and replace it. hehe
I don't know much about Hori's though. |

So what kind of games do u play with the Virtua Stick? Street fighter alpha was just launched on the US PSN and I was thinking of buying that. But don't know how to. Kinda waiting for it to hit the SG PSN, but no news bout it. |
