mostly using maf sensor use back standard intake piping.... change intake piping adi usually convert to using map sensor.... why i also dunno... haha...

but i did ask proton before.... maf sensor is much more expensive compare to map sensor.... besides, maf sensor causes some restriction at the intake side as it consist of honeybee womb design.... oil-based air filter like k&n will also cause the sensor to get dirty....

found out the problem...ignition coil...something rosak. Mechanic say replace that and reset the electronics. Is it advisable to reset the electronics in the car?

my filter also can consider oil based
now here u said like this...
dunno still wanna use or not
or change back to stock filter

if oem ecu no harm resetting it.... svdo users alwiz reset their ecu when something goes hairwire... biggrin.gif

hopefully replacing that thing really does solve the problem...repair bill is 250 bucks =.=
I thought once you touch the electronics...lots of problems will arise? No?

siemens vdo is self-learning ecu... same like those campro ones...
but mmc is not self-learning ecu.... icon_rolleyes.gif
