both the device above only for soft/hard setting.... the stepper motor turns the knob above the absorber to alter the soft/hard setting of it.... without edfc, u still can tune it manually.... in short, it acts as an extended arm for u to turn the knob, with built in memory so u dont have to try n error each time wanna tune it...
as for high/low, i havent come across one yet.... unless u talking about airbag suspension, thats a different story...
but lately tanabe has came out with a new coilover with built in airbag suspension system... hence, u can control the high/low of the car with a switch.... as for the handling matter, i dont think its as good as normal coilovers....
