Normal apple earphones?, Can it be used for iphone?

Hello guys, juz wanna ask if normal apple earphones (in ear), can be used for iphone without an adapter??
Asking for nkymark, he's in seoul and wanna get a earphone there =D Thanks in advance...

Funny when i asked the sales asst, he said cannot. And there's no sample to test with. It's the In-Ear type by the way, not the normal ones that come with the iPods.

If you mean the bundled iPod earphones, yeah, you can plug it in without an adapter. I tried it. Having said that, mine were the 1st gen earphones but I believe the size of the jack is the same so yeah..
