its possible to have a DS2 like that , if they willing to adopt OLED for DS2.. but it doesn't come cheap

if nintendo is unveiling a new handheld system this year, it would be another upgrade for the ds, a lighter sleeker model with the same hardware.

damn....i already have both the fat and the lite version of nds and now i feel tempted to get a new model as a collection....

I think the DS needs further innovation rather than just a bigger screen and slimmer interface.

I rather the microphone be better and then it be added with a camera to it. And bring in voice chat with new internet scheme dang it.

Hope for DS2:

motion detector (wii feature)

light detector (pokemon series, got light, got special pokemon, play in the dark another special pokemon)

heat detector (err?)

accelerometer (iphone feature)

wifi voice chat/video cam

lighter still

last longer..

that's neat! where did you get the pictures from, is it a prototype or like an 'artist impression'? btw, it looks like 2 iphones together in clamshell form.

There was also a design of a "rectangular box like DS that flips. But I really don't like flipping too much.

I just want camera, motion detector, voice and video chat when possible.

Come on, Mario Kart GP arcade has camera to it, I want mine.

I think this design looks somewhat gay-ish too. Not my cup of tea, I prefer retro chic like the Micro!

OLED is still a relatively new technology and if not mistaken it is Sony technology. It is interesting to see if Nintendo adopts this!

Like I said in an earlier post, Nintendo isn't stupid enough to make another redesign for the NDSL. It's fine as it is, they'd have to push down the NDSL price to sell the new model, clear the remainder stock and generally it will be financial suicide. What company does it to themselves except for Sony?

i have this urge to change my DS or PSP.

looks like photoshopped...well even if its true, i think the battery life would suffer a lot from these 2 huge screens...
