if the game is multiplatform...means ff13 will be develop under dvd capacity only
if it exclusive for ps3...then we will have blu ray capacity...

The game is already in development stage. A game that is on bluray can be fitted on multiple DVDs which is probably how FF13 is going.
So, I doubt it will affect the quality. Sony fans are just pissed they lost an exclusive they can always shout about.
