Tried looking for a seller in the forum but nothing popped up. So, i ended buying it from the website itself. Sigh.. have to wait 3 weeks for delivery.

if you are in pj/kl, it will be faster than 2 weeks.

think the invisble shield is a good investment if u don;t  wanna really change casings often.

for me i took 2 days to have it done. 1 day to let the bigger pieces stick properly(like condom) and 1 day for the smaller pieces.
since u bought the shield, might as well be patient and let it dry properly.
the rubber piece supplied to push out the bubbles is not a 100% guarantee.
besides.. if u try to hard to push them out.. your invi shield will not be 100% invisible.. **can still texture on it.*

THe only advantages i find in the invi shield are:
1) maintains phone slim shape
2) prevents accidental scratches
3) water resistance? kakakaka
4)slightly better grip

And as our dear forumers advised.. just spray the liquid provided as often as u can.**please switch off your phone*

For the record, i got bored of invi shield + peeled it off.. a very small amount of the printing at the back of the iphone + iphone logo went with it.
**curses**. u can actually see the imprints on the invi shieldon removal

mate, do you mind to elaborate more? i am curious myself!

a picture would be nice

about the invi shield?

ermm.. lemme see if i can find their website somewhere..

www.zagg.com/invisibleshield/.

THink that's it. If u already have 1. The best advice before application is to watch Youtube videos provided.

For me, when i applied the invi shield i had:

1)a pair of tweezers *borrowed from a female friend**
2) surgical gloves
3) lots of tissue paper + 1 lens cloth that i got off 1 of those cheaper screen protector packs to dab off any additional water + wipe off fingerprints
4)Hair dryer
5)scissors( to cut the extra pieces of invi shield into strips) - i used those to plaster the edges in place after application to make sure the edges don;t rub off.**it's pretty annoying if the edges gather dust and come off.

don;t forget to wash your hands and dust your table top before u start.
*
no no. i am curious how the paint or stuff came out when you peeled it away.

p/s i have used 2 invisibleshield myself.

I'm using invisible shield for my iPod Touch also but it got some serious scratch at the back..now wanna send back for 1 to 1 warranty but don't really know how..sgh..
and it's true when i took off my invisible shield my apple logo came off with the invisible shield a lil bit..

how is that possible? i have tried taking a scissor and scratching it before and i don't think there was any damage.

i have already thought that BSE is the one with a greater tendency to turn yellow over time.

so far i'm concerned, IS has always been clear to me.

hope that helps.

most definitely.

let me quote a memorable scene from F.R.I.E.N.D.S Season 3 Episode 11 but (disclaimer) it doesn't necessarily represent my thoughts tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Ross: Well, I’m just saying, I mean why else would he just, y'know,
swoop in out of nowhere for no reason.

Rachel: To be nice.

Ross: Hey, Joey. Are men ever nice to strange women for no reason?

Joey: No, only for sex.

i don't think that you were here prior to this as it happened quite some time ago.

a member actually sprayed too much solution and his iphone couldn't start up! and yes, he used the entire bottle up.

but lucky for him, he took my advice (kembang kembang) not to mess with it anymore and left it overnight. of course it started back up the next day.

i used to use the mirror screen protector. it is nice la (for vanity reasons), but you need to boost up your screen brightness by a considerable amount and hence draining your battery.
