do you reckon they'd launch it now amid of the economy downturn and political instability?

mm, i would refrain from making huge investment esp in property that cost me so much..

There is no point being the tallest condominium. Very inconvenient.

mm, you dont see the rationale behind tallest?

it's a landmark and for the riches to stay in.

trump tower, they are all so tall.. and sell for 10 mil..

it's tall and has magnificent view, hence, riches would buy it. imagine....

you can see fireworks right outside your balcony..
you can have xxx in your balcony and nobody sees it lol
you dont have to look for a location to commit suicide, just jump...
you can do a small sky dive..

so many goodies biggrin.gif

In my opinion, i think that while the economy and politics of Malaysia may be a bit shaky at the moment, I think that it will pick up year end. And as far as i'm concerned, i do believe that a good value property with good location can always thrive despite economic instability.

year end? i really really doubt so..

even the most optimistic economist predicts US would not recover by end of the year. they reckoned citigroup / merill lynch etc would still report losses for another quarter.

but yeah... if you plan to invest, buy the properties when its low..

however, again, based on malaysiakini public opinion, they believe anwar's sept 16th dateline for taking over the govt will stand. so i wouldnt know how would the political stage turn out..

stay at the top floor is not good for feng shui. better go for somewhere in the middle.
