Cash Back? Hong Leong Bank?
n73me : i never encountered any mortgage consultant yet, so i do no know their service level. But going direct to the bank or their own mortgage officer gives seems better as you get to know more about them and their package |

Anybody have any experience refinancing within UOB bank itself? I do not understand why they have to incur a penalty to revise to a lower interest rates. As i understand, the other banks do not charge this penalty.
