i'll buy the paper (same quality as cake box) and made own box.
RM0.90/pc and can make few boxes according to size..wink.gif

then wrap the content with bubblewrap for stronger protection

Ooo...a very good cost saving strategy. Is it difficult to make the boxes? What type of paper is that? Would appreciate if you could let me know where to buy it.

Thanks so much for the creative idea!

if ur hardworking, u can "copy" the way cake shop fold their box.
but i'm a bit "lazy"...heee so what i did was i measure according to the size of product. Then use the ruler and scissor (use the back of scissor to "cut" a line on the paper to make folding line) and the paper can be fold easily.

since the paper is not that solid, make sure wrap the product with more bubble wrap.
i dont know what is the name of this paper actually. found in a stationery shop in Sg. Wang.

if ur from KL, i can give u the address..wink.gif
another benefit of this is. the paper is LIGHTER than other solid box.
