You can have as many as SQL database you want, as many as subdomain you want, limited to 3 accounts, but each account you could have unlimited web hosting.
The disadvantage is slow loading speed.
EDIT: It is far from unlimited, actually you can easily run out of free Inodes (Unix file system) available unless you go for Paid Premium, although you will have 400 MySQL database upper bound. The InfinityFree is NOT honest at all, free Inodes can be easily used up despite unlimited disk space and MySQL database.
