You haven't told us the story about your Strat... Got any lubang ar?

Anyway I'm letting go of my Super Distortion because I favor pickups with less output these days, so I got it replaced with a 498T.

the 498T is a pretty hot pickup, i think its output resistance is pretty similar to the super distortion.
i would just keep the super distortion.

True that. And to my ears the Super Distortion is slightly hotter making the balancing of output with my neck pickup (Dimarzio Humbucker From Hell, very low output, I love it and it's not going to be taken off ) a bit difficult. BTW it has an edgy, more "in your face" character to it, while the 498t, still edgy, but has a sweeter overall sound.

I wouldn't mind keeping it, but if I can sell it means I got $$ for new gears!
