QUOTE(firenos90 @ Mar 24 2009, 11:07 PM) Hey everyone. Went to klang today to check out some rims. Found a 16 inch advan rim..and planning to use a 205/45/R16 falken tire on my 1.5 wira a/b. Will there be ALOT of difference in fuel consumtion? It will decrease if u buy lightweight 16" rim hence FC decrease. If normal 16" of course slighly increase la. How much increase god know..

a very stupid question, when you guys mention the price of the rims, do you guys mean for a single rim or all four?

It doesn't mean a specific brand would never go out of shape if you hit potholes.

No, that's not what I meant I'm pretty much trying to say that no matter how expensive or good the rim is, it would still get damaged if we're not careful. It can be due to potholes, accidents, etc. The priority should be the design you like rather than a specific brand to go for

QUOTE(firenos90 @ Mar 27 2009, 12:24 AM) the shop is the big corner orange continental shop..rims is 1100 and tires are 260 each..good price ah? for imitation 16" rim is so called Standard price for RM1100... mostly imitation 16' rim around 1000-1500 if im not mistaken... as for u the Advan, if they quote imitation Advan RG for RM1100 i think its quite good deals.. where for tire 205/45/16 for RM260... dunno as u not informed which brand... as for as i know if ZE-912 or V12EVO its abit overprice... other brand dunno... currently i also do survey on tire price and also thinking of changing new rims and tire (both above tire)
