i'm asking him because like you said, the photo, if it's taken recently, i think the mom looks a bit young, but i won't really know by just looking at photos. but even if she's old enough, she looked pretty skinny for a hedgehog which had just given birth. considering that the hoglets will still need mom's milk for 4-5 weeks, maybe she lacked food supply.

but if the photo was taken some time ago, then you can somewhat ignore my statements, not really relevant anymore.

the mom not small actually
she gave the 3rd batch of hoglets dy
she was kinda healthy n i duno y i just pass out like tat
may b i shud seperate her with their babies.... that i dun have space so i tot i can put her in few more days as there some interest buyer wanna get her home..
who knows..... sad.gif

perhaps of old age maybe? since it's her third batch, i think her age is catching up already. but i think there's nothing wrong keeping her with her babies for the time being, unless the hoglets are already over 6 months old. they still need the mom's milk anyway.

the hoglets around 3 months old
n no
the mom stop giving them milk since 1 or 2 weeks ago...

mind you, he is just a newbie and just got his/her hedgehog. Can you be more friendly and guide him instead of bashing him. if you dont wish to share your knowledge just STFU in your comfort zone.

i called Dr Yeoh, disinfected my boy's cage with dettol..and i bathed him..he didnt really like it though, struggled alot..  sad.gif

but now he is sleeping soundly in his cage...  rclxms.gif

i used newspaper as his bedding,so i gotta change it everyday and bathe him everyday..if symptoms like white dots walking around and excessive scratching still persist after 3days,i'll have to bring my boy to the vet..  sad.gif
