Pellet + insects are the diet that most of us feeding here...

But jus make sure u get the good quality cat kibbles..

Hedgie sometime will bite...

They will spike up their quills when they feel scared or get frighten...

So far i never poke by kenken b4..

@thahirah, don really get what u mean... u mean what stuff u need to get when gettin hedgie, or what u nid to do to make ur hedgie feel more comfortable wif u?

erm..nope..u don nid to....

But u nid to observe whther the hedgie got mites or not la...if the quills falls a lot... and scratch a lot..most probably got mites..

then u nid to bring to vet. biggrin.gif

Breeding hedgie actually u nid to bear a risk of the hoglet may rejected by mummy... and the survival rate of rejected hoglet are kinda low..

And, breeding really stressess them a lot, the animal feel stress, and the owner itself also feel stress...

I think the INTENTION of breeding our pets is very important.

i think u can use it..jus make sure the paper is clean and safe... u can mixe with normal bedding too...

But i wonder...if u use paper shredding as bedding..the absorbant power is realy not strong if u compare to those paper pellet type bedding..

kenken is quite good boi...he usually will poo on the wheel or the tray..

Some time will hav 1 or 2 miss out..then i jus pick it up.. biggrin.gif
