bout the US$500 for fxcm, yeah, i wouldnt recommend anyone to do the same thing as well. i put in $500 just to have a feel of it first

but anyway, provided that i dont do stupid things, $500 could bring me $100-$200 per month. When scalping for the smaller pips, dont require that much of margin, still, it's risky.

hm...i believe both EU and GU might have a better chance of reversing tonight...but the reversal wouldnt be too much, should be less than or around 100 pips

GU, like its usual trend, after a strong move in a certain direction, it reached to its consolidation level, and that's what's its doing now. By means of reversal, it doesnt necessarily means from bear turn to bull, just the end of the current trend. USDI showing a +0.5x% move, yet, we still seeing consolidation in most USD pairs. If i'm right, as stated earlier, USD pairs will make a reversal by tonight, that is now.

EU is moving back up after a 3 bars down, which were succeeded by a hanging man on the 3 bar up trend (6pm 1H Chart).

Hm..already set my entries with TP and SL. Hopefully will only reach my TP (Already got my gain from GU). Its RSI has already confirmed the reversal.

you can try using Yahoo! Widget. one of the widget i used is to show the time for several markets' open/close, which also shows the time left for a particular market.

long and extended flag seems to form on both EU and GU. However, the flag is too long, but good possibility to both pairs to continue its bull. Or to worse, it might be forming a rounding top (inverse) during this afternoon.

Added on July 8, 2008, 11:47 pmjust now EU, it didnt reach my TP. I saw it hanging there and unable to make lower, then i close it before it goes up again. After i close, 30 seconds later, it dropped more than 10 pips lower than my TP...

ya, i agree that GU will continue to run south. However, from what i see, it's within a rather weak support zone. It's challenge would be closing below 1.9677. 100MA and 200MA starting to turn around, candlesticks clear sign, broke through the support trendline i mentioned earlier, pattern looks good. Its still a live bear this bear made some money for me too
