AsiaSoft will be joining GameAxis in the once in a year event of GameAxis Live! This time we will be giving you all Heroes out there a taste of WOW! Come to our dungeon to receive the treasures and rewards following the map below:

Date : 11-13 July 2008 (Friday to Sunday)
Time : 10.00am-9.00pm
Venue : Mid Valley Convention Centre Hall 1

ACTIVITIES:

All of you must be wondering what we have installed for you. Below are some HIGHLIGHTS of the activities which will heat up your adrenaline all day!

- Sales Promotion for Starter Packs, Burning Crusade Pack and Time Card which will make your jaw drop!
- Game Trailers of World of Warcraft that will keep you all hypnotized!
- Limited edition World of Warcraft poster will be given out!
- Players will get to experience the first time ever World of Warcraft In-Game Competition that will be held to test your skills together with your guild mates!

Lol heroic contest? i have never even done normal crypts and mana tombs in my life hahaha.

And i have 0 experience in heroic arc and durnholde. Only did Mech haha.

Should have a hyjal/bt clear contest IMO

Looks like it's on real realms or are you using the Test Realms?

And why not Arenas?

No other activities? Get a raid demo. Now that would be interesting. Nothing beats watching people raid.

Your timing a bit off right? Burning Crusade promotion when it is close to ending with no more new content released, and the next expansion is coming soon.

That's true but can always have a Q&A session before that. Just like how Nihilum does it.

Or something more interactive with the audience. But I guess it also depends a lot on the personality going up.

That's one thing we lack a lot in Malaysia though.

They're using live servers lah. And seriously, Shattered Sun rank in 3 days? doh....

Still though, it would be a fun place to meet up and make a lot of noise while instancing together. Doesn't need to be speedrun but can poke fun at everyone mah! Hee hee!

Alll speed challenge depends heavily on gears...
if they give everyone the same gear, they should clear it more or less the same time... so i think it's pointless.

Heroic mana tombs lol.
I freaking hate that place. Stupid mana burn mobs and the sw:p and immolate mobs.
Remember to get a healer who is able to dispel the dots.
1st boss is ezmode with a shaman with grounding totem.

Durn is hell-mode. I think they nerfed it in a recent patch
I remember running it few months ago. Freaking pat respawns like every 2-3minutes.
You can stealth bomb all the huts with a good rogue though.

Arcatraz is quite ok. 1st boss in heroic is a b**** though.
SR gear helps a bit.


Hmm, speed run party. I probably will take a pally tank (lol no cc), a priest, an ele shammy, 1 mage, 1 warlock.

mana tombs is a quick run if ur physical dmg heavy. most of the trash are lolcloth. 2-3 hit die ROFL (bring cleave in it with feral druid tank/dps LOL!)
and mana burn is no issue if 3-4 of ur dps are melee, just the healer 1/5 chance to take a burn
