i would like to know the procedures to phone blizzard billing department....i tried the 1-800-blizzard thing and cant get it...is the a way for us malaysian to fon them?can teach me? by using house fon?

how do u make them called u? and if u do hows the format of ur phone number given to blizz? hmmm anyone tested call them before? i would wan to know the rates

someone mention just dial "001" in front of the 1800 number and it will go through as a paid call.
