played it! offline, entered online before but, the ping going crazy!! (imagine, if you got 56.6kbps and the others got 20mbps)

last played on early 2007, my HDD explodes oledi.

yep, bobo are correct. SOme additional model can be obtain by download, but abit cacat sometime 1. The pic below model rikku face cannot be modify, claire finger cannot move something like that.

Err... okay, so I ask one of my friend to buy Garry's Mod from steam just now. Okay, so everything's settle, and I can see Garry's Mod in My Games' tab, waiting to be activated. When I click Activate, Steam crashed and when I launch Steam again, Garry's Mod is no longer on the list.

Nvm, problem solved. Awesome support from Steam. Now downloading.

No need to delete .blob files lol. Check your email. It should be something like this

Too hard la for me. Know shiet about placing the item, setting up the ragdoll etc. When I spawn NPC, it PC crash.

No problem, but dun marah if I'm being useless later.

OMG, crashed after NPC were spawned. Wonder if I got problem with those NPCs. PC keep stuttering/hanging, then crashed.

Anyway, nothing much tonight. having a good time with Edison and viledante.

OLOLOL light saber lulz. how did you make the demoman hold the light saber properly? I suck at proportioning the ragdolls.

My Turn Got it tonight, Finish download within 2 minutes, and started the game already.

NoCollide the lightsaber and the demoman
Position it in his hand
Adjust his fingers


Same goes for every weapon/things you want to make them hold

can't seems to start garry's mod, its always not responding.

If you start Garry's Mod for the first time, it'll take quiet some time (I mean, long, long time) to start. Just wait la, maybe it appear to be not responding.

garry mod integrated with ur steam games, like HL2, TF2, DOD, Zeno Clash , the more valve game u have the more model, effect skin, props u get. If u dont have u can see something like Czero see the big "ERROR"

custom skin u need to go Browse - 2nd tab after u hold Q key
then browse Garrymods and u can see those folder already

Some temptation work and mine (Vile work still nid to be "more" work)
Sniper is Temptation work while soilder is mine

Btw, can i use the props from other source engine games without having the game itself?? Let's say I wanna use the CT models from counter strike but I don't have CS on my steam..

after all, all those custom skin we get are some sort of files u put in models folder, etc.

But provided Garry's mod recognize that file as skin la. Otherwise, it won't work lor.

i got put 2 effect in it
1st is the fire from the thruster tools
and a props from TF2 folder under effect (that was the still fire effect)

after that try a mini tutorial get to know the control
then mess with tools, see wat effect can be done
then get used of the tools and make something funny with friends

My PC hanged like hell when spawning NPCs.. Maybe I need to upgrade my rig..

Vile, have you tried lowering the graphics? Maybe that would prevent it from hanging..

My fav series

I always play GMOD in single player. If I want to join any multiplayer servers, there are not many servers that has low ping, most of them are above 300...

Plus, even if I can join, I'm still need to wait to download the files from the server..There's a server that I want to join need 2000 LUAs and 500 textures/models to be downloaded...What the eff??

In the end, playing singleplayer is more fun..
