it's usually 2 to 4 weeks after the semester starts, not including orientations. orientation is usually 1 week before the semester starts, so discount that.

in that case, u're very wrong. UPU is not local university.

UPU stands for Unit Pusat University, which is the equivalent to the british UCAS. it is a centralized department that manages the undergraduate intake of local public universities and colleges. so if anyone ever thought of studying in an IPTA for their undergraduate, they'd have to apply through UPU instead of going to the individual universities. UPU only manages the intakes, but nothing beyond that.

i believe the 31st july date is for ALL intakes. in my experience, there is no more intakes after 5 weeks of the semester starts. so if u dont get anything after that, u just wont.

2nd intake is not one shot like the 1st intake. 2nd intake will be open as long as possible (in this case until 31 july), so they could fill in the empty spaces left by the 1st intake. they will try and fill in the spaces as much as they could until 31 july. after that, they'll make do with whatever they have. there will be no more intakes after that.

seriously, i'm not aware there's a marketing course in UTM. which faculty is it?
