I bought a Babyliss hot roller set for about RM 280 from W3 in Subang Parade. They had the Babyliss curling tongs of various sizes and they went for about RM 160 - 180 so straighteners should be around that price. Sometimes they have discounts of 20% or so during sales so those would be the best times to grab them.

My Aunt (stays in the room next to mine, we share a bathroom and cosmetics XD) bought the Curling Irons and they are pretty good. Not too hot and is fairly light to handle. I have to go check and see if she bought the straightener too when i get home XD Babyliss seems like a decent brand. Lasts as well.

i have the whole set of babyliss hair styler.. can use to make like 9 different curls n friz n straightening. i bought it in Norway when i was participating a student exchange program there for two months.. my host sisters told me that thts a good brand over there in Norway. so it was a impulse buy. hahaa.. but until now i kept my hair short.. so i never use it. it is still brand new. it has been two years since i bought the set. i would want to sell it if you are interested.
