Hey guys, is it me or normal the day after u getting drunk your joint pain on the wrist, knee, feet? Well yesterday was a crazy night and drank alot of alcoholic drinks until like totally wasted! I seldom get wasted.

And my head is so freaking pain the whole night till I cant sleep at all. After I vomit, I feel much much better without the alcohol sick feeling.

But this is not the 1st time I drink alcoholic drinks but only yesterday I experience it. Should I go try it again to test it out? Or this kind of feelings is normal?

I suspect uric acid problem. Go see your doctor soon.

It may deteriorate into gout or diabetes if left untreated for long.

well. you might already have problem with your joint e.g. arthritis, gout etc. which is exaggerate by alcohol consumption.

not that alcohol might directly cause joint pain.

Lawl. Joint fatigue after alcohol consumption is usually caused by dehydration. Alcohol actually makes you thirstier than if you didn't drink, so your body needs to pull fluids from everywhere to compensate. After experiencing it once, i make sure i get plenty of other liquids into me during a drinking session, not just booze.

U sure about this? Another thing, I maybe paranoid or what but I notice that my skin become darker when I consume alcohol. Because my skin are naturally kinda reddish. Somehow sometime during the night after bath my feet and palm become super red.

Anyway thx guys for the comments. I might go for a full body check-up soon. Should I go to those clinics or GH? How much do they charge?

It's probably a one off thing, wait and see if it still hurts in the next few days. The pain in your head (a hangover) is normal when you drink too much, mix your drinks or have fake cheap alco.

Drink some celery juice or go get some celery supplements from pharmacy.

it helps rid the uric acid formation in the joints

Yup sounds like gout. Friend has the same problem. He's on a super diet now. Dec 2007 he was 117 kg. Now he's 90 kg. Targeting 80kg by the end of this year.
