The problem like this. My credit got deduxted RM 4 for nothing-it happen twice. I did not reply to any sms. I checked my itemize statement and it says

18/6/2008 i am deducted RM 0.15 for sth that is called CPA to 016399043
on the same day I am deducted RM 4.00 for CPA to 220400

3/7/2008 I am deducted RM 4.00 again for CPA to 220400

I called digi and they relate the number to Sybase 365 Asia Sdn. Bhd and ask me to call 03-20722617 to rectify this matter.

I am pretty piss off with what digi are doing. can't they do anything like block it or something. Another thing is how can they just deduct the credit without my knowledge? 1st i never reply to any of those junk sms, I never answer calls from unknown numbers as well. I wonder how it happens.

to cancel this kind of service, just send sms by typing STOP ALL n send it to the cpa company. this help me as i previously having the same issue

if this prob orginates from those subscribe prob then nvm la... can just stop it lor, but it can be virus actually... dunno la, sorry le, cant help much to identify this prob..

well not all digi fault.

its the fault of those scammer.

somehow they find way to scam people and managed to get money from digi either.

i got the number as 36181

i tried to send HELP and STOP ALL but all i get is you have insufficient credit. I still have RM 1x. i checked online and sybase 165 is an american company majoring in mobile messaging and has recently sign a contract with firefly to Power Flight Information Service via SMS.

This is the source where i got stucked and started subscription. Now I have stop it by sending SMS to 36181

this is vary dangerous.. i think they got our number online.. by doing certain survey.. they ask for phone number.. and then later subscribed u to their service..

my wife got the same problem... we was charged RM 60 for the whole month... Called up digi and they can do anything except writing a report... anyway thankx for the tips... i will do that ASAP...

Call the company and ask for refund. They will bank in the money to you. I have done it more than twice before.

At the same time, REMEMBER to ask them stop sending to you any msg.

next time try not to reply on ANY promos sms or etc... even it asked u to reply STOP and send it to a specific nos... sometimes, it's a tricky part... u sent stop but actually, u r subscribing to it!

I kena also last time every week deduct RM 2. Wrote a complain letter to Maxis ask them to refund back my $$$ and it works

nope.im maxis. what is this thing? i called maxis n they kept telling me to call that freaking 03 number
